The Energy Alliance connects key energy sector players from Chile and California to exchange challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned, revealing the latest sector trends, best practices, technology, startups, regulation, and markets to drive a roadmap and concrete actions toward carbon neutrality in the energy systems of both regions.

Chile California Council has developed an innovative energy alliance with the Ministry of Energy of the Government of Chile and public and private entities from both Chile and California to promote collaboration and knowledge transfer for the transition to more sustainable energy systems in Chile and California.

In 2021, this initiative consisted of four working sessions (virtual meetings) with experts from the Ministry of Energy of Chile, the California Energy Commission, renowned institutions, academia, and individuals from both the public and private sectors of Chile and California.
