Summary
CREA Planeta is an alliance between scientists from the first marine biology station in South America with a pioneering nucleus of immersive realities from the Valparaíso region in Chile. We are a group of scientists, artists and engineers who work collaboratively to contribute to the conservation of ecosystems, delivering meaningful and immersive science-based virtual experiences to change the relationship of human beings with the planet.
We use Immersive Realities (Virtual Reality, 360 Video, Augmented Reality, XR) as a powerful tool to transform people’s relationship with the planet based on exciting narratives, based on innovation and science.
Our expected results are:
– Deliver powerful experiences to the population, promoting greater awareness about the care of ecosystems and the use of sustainable energy in the complex society of the 21st century.
– Strengthen and expand the network of collaborating organizations and companies that use immersive technologies as a strategic tool to promote planetary care.
