Summary
Sortile is making circularity a reality in the fashion industry. We provide technology that allows our customers to efficiently process and track textile waste so that it can be used as raw material. Our main product consists of a device that is able to identify the material composition of a garment in less than 1 second. This device is complemented by our software. It allows our customers to trace each garment. This improves inventory management and allows us to quantify the environmental impact of the reuse or recycling of their products.
Within our first year we have achieved important milestones for our company. Currently our technology is present in 8 companies in the United States and will soon be in South America and Europe. In addition, our company has been recognized in several sustainability conferences. For example, Circularity 22, the largest circularity conference in the United States, where Sortile won the first place / was the winner of the year 2022.
